Refund policy

Here at Earthly Derm we aim for the highest customer satisfaction possible, that's why we have a "no hassle" 30 days return policy.

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help and provide you with a returns label. When returning your order please make sure it has been no longer than 30 days since receiving it and it is unused, in its original packaging and condition as to when it arrived.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is valid from the date of delivery.

Refunds & Returns Policy

How to Request a Return:

  • To initiate a return, customers must email hello@earthlyderm.com to confirm the return request.

  • Once the return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be issued to the email address associated with the order.

Refund Calculation:

Refunds are calculated based on the per-item price, not the total order value.

Example:
If an order includes 6 items for $60 (excluding shipping), each item is valued at $10.
If 5 items are returned, the refund is calculated as follows:

  • $60 ÷ 6 items = $10 per item

  • 5 returned items × $10 = $50

Any applicable fees are then deducted from this amount.

Return Processing & Shipping Fees:

  • A return processing fee of $7.00 is deducted from all approved refunds to cover handling and administrative costs.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order. Order cancellation requests after the first 2 hour timeframe will not be accepted. 

Please note that any orders cancelled at the customers request will incur a cancellation fee of $0.60 to cover processing costs.

Damages and Delivery Issues

We kindly ask that any delivery or product issues are reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, reports made after this timeframe fall outside the investigation period with our delivery partners, and we will be unable to provide further assistance. 

Please note: if an order is marked as delivered by the courier, we must rely on the tracking information and cannot override these details if it is out-with the 5 day period. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. Our Shipping information is provided on the product page, and on the Shipping Policy page. If you do not wish to keep the item once you have received it, you can return it for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
