Shipping Policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. As we are an UK based company, our shipping and handling times can vary depending on the country.
 

Processing Time

All orders without "Priority Processing" service are processed within 1-3 business days.

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our tracking page at any time.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 2 hours of placing your order. If it exceeds 2 hours, then we will not be able to cancel the order.



FAILED DELIVERY

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Earthly Derm) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

On the basis that package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address being entered at checkout and is returned to the sender (Earthly Derm). The customer must cover the shipping cost to have this re-shipped to the correct address.
